研究目的:

主要目的(Primary Objective) 评估“运动 + 高原低氧”联合干预对平原慢病人群代谢健康的改善效果。 次要目的(Secondary Objectives) 1. 探索低氧适应的生理机制(线粒体功能、氧化应激、HIF-1α 通路)。 2. 构建健康风险预警体系(如血氧饱和度阈值、急性高原反应评分)。 3. 基于多组学和机器学习建立个体化运动+低氧康复方案。  

Objectives of Study:

Primary Objective Evaluate the efficacy of combined "exercise + high-altitude hypoxia" intervention in improving metabolic health among lowland-dwelling individuals with chronic diseases. Secondary Objectives 1. Investigate physiological mechanisms of hypoxic adaptation (mitochondrial function, oxidative stress, HIF-1α pathway). 2. Develop a health risk early warning system (e.g., blood oxygen saturation thresholds, acute mountain sickness scores). 3. Establish personalized exercise + hypoxia rehabilitation protocols based on multi-omics and machine learning.

纳入标准:

1. 年龄 30–60 岁; 2. 平原居住 ≥ 5 年; 3. 至少诊断一种慢性疾病: 高血压 2 型糖尿病 肥胖(BMI ≥ 28) COPD 稳定期 4. 愿意参与研究并签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 30–70 years; 2. Residing in the plains >= 5 years; 3. Diagnosed with at least one chronic disease: Hypertension Type 2 diabetes Obesity (BMI >=28) COPD in stable phase 4. Willing to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准:

1. 重度肺动脉高压; 2. 急性心肌梗死或严重心衰; 3. 近期高原反应史(AMS 3 级以上); 4. 严重肝肾功能障碍; 5. 其他研究者认为不适合参与者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Severe pulmonary hypertension; 2. Acute myocardial infarction or severe heart failure; 3. Recent history of acute mountain sickness (AMS grade 3 or higher); 4. Severe hepatic or renal impairment; 5. Other reasons deemed unsuitable by the investigator.
