研究目的：

目前尚无明确指南推荐不同心功能状态的病人采取何种围术期管理策略，术中血流动力学状态管理并非简单的维持血压、心率，需要根据移植病人的特殊性合理调整，以期患者心功能的稳定和更好的恢复。因此，本研究通过回顾性分析2015年至2021年期间在无锡市人民医院行肺移植手术的患者的临床资料，如患者的术前心功能分级、术中情况、术后疗效及并发症发生率，患者入院时均以美国纽约心脏病学会（New York Heart Association，NYHA）心功能分级为标准来分级，由此比较术前不同心功能分级对行肺移植术患者的围术期并发症发生率及预后的影响程度。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, there are no clear guidelines to recommend perioperative management strategies for patients with different cardiac function states. Intraoperative hemodynamic state management is not a simple matter of maintaining blood pressure and heart rate, but should be reasonably adjusted according to the specificity of transplant patients, so as to ensure the stability and better recovery of cardiac function. Therefore, this study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients who underwent lung transplantation in Wuxi People's Hospital from 2015 to 2021, such as preoperative cardiac function grade, intraoperative condition, postoperative efficacy and complication rate. All patients were classified according to the Heart function classification of New York Heart Association (NYHA) at admission, so as to compare the influence of different cardiac function classification before surgery on the perioperative complication rate and prognosis of patients undergoing lung transplantation.

纳入标准：

2018-2024 年在无锡市人民医院进行肺移植的成人患者

Inclusion criteria

Adult patients who underwent lung transplantation at Wuxi People's Hospital between 2018 and 2024.

排除标准：

1.重要随访资料缺失；2.参与多器官联合移植患者；3.二次肺移植的患者；4.年龄小于 18 岁的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Missing important follow-up data; 2. Patients who participated in multi-organ transplantation; 3. Patients undergoing second lung transplantation; 4. Patients under 18 years of age.
