(1)评估全氟化合物暴露与早产发生风险的关联性；(2)早产儿外周血中DNA甲基化模式的分析；(3)探讨DNA甲基化在PFAS暴露与早产风险之间的中介作用  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To assess the association between perfluorinated compound exposure and the risk of preterm birth; (2) To analyze DNA methylation patterns in the peripheral blood of preterm infants; (3) To explore the mediating role of DNA methylation between PFAS exposure and the risk of preterm birth.

纳入标准：

病例组： 1.单胎早产儿； 2.完整的临床信息与生物样本； 3.监护人同意参加该研究并签署知情同意书。 健康对照组： 1.单胎新生儿； 2.完整的临床信息与生物样本； 3.监护人同意参加该研究并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

Case group: 1. Singleton premature infants; 2. Complete clinical information and biological samples; 3. Guardians consented to participate in the study and signed informed consent forms. Healthy control group: 1. Singleton newborns; 2. Complete clinical information and biological samples; 3. Guardians consented to participate in the study and signed informed consent forms.

排除标准：

1.排除罹患复杂先天性心脏病、遗传代谢病的新生儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclude newborns suffering from complex congenital heart disease or inherited metabolic disorders.
