纳入标准：

1.有明确用药史且出现消化道出血； 2.诺氏不良反应评估量表评分>=1

Inclusion criteria

1. A clear history of drug use and gastrointestinal bleeding; 2. Noah's Adverse Reaction Assessment Scale score >=1

排除标准：

1.疾病进展致消化道出血患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with gastrointestinal haemorrhage due to disease progression
