研究目的:

旨在在真实学校教学情境中,系统考察不同类型武术运动干预对青少年早期社会行为发展的影响及其变化特征。通过在同一年级设置武术套路、武术散打与常规体育课三种教学条件,比较不同课程类型在促进亲社会行为、抑制问题行为以及提升社会行为调节能力方面的差异性效果,进一步揭示武术运动作为一种具有明确规则结构与价值导向的身体活动,在学校体育体系中促进青少年早期社会行为发展的实践潜力与作用路径。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to systematically examine the effects of different types of martial arts interventions on the development of early social behaviors in adolescents and their changing characteristics within real school teaching contexts. By implementing three distinct instructional conditions—martial arts forms, martial arts sparring, and conventional physical education classes—within the same grade level, this study compares the differential effects of these course types in promoting prosocial behavior, inhibiting problem behavior, and enhancing social behavior regulation capabilities. It further reveals the practical potential and pathways through which martial arts, as a physical activity characterized by explicit rule structures and value orientations, can foster early adolescent social behavior development within the school physical education system.

纳入标准:

1.年龄为10-12岁的学龄期青少年早期,在校正常就读,能够理解并配合完成研究相关测量与运动干预; 2.近1年内未接受过系统性武术专项训练(包括但不限于武术套路、武术散打、跆拳道、空手道、柔道等以攻防训练或段位晋级为主要目标的项目); 3.无明确抑郁、焦虑等精神障碍诊断史; 4.身体健康状况良好,无影响中等强度体育活动参与的运动禁忌; 5.被试监护人已签署知情同意书,且青少年早期本人知情并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Early adolescent school-age youth aged 10–12 years, currently enrolled in regular schooling, capable of understanding and cooperating with research-related assessments and exercise interventions; 2. No systematic specialized martial arts training within the past year (including but not limited to martial arts forms, sanda, taekwondo, karate, judo, or other programs primarily focused on offensive/defensive training or rank advancement); 3.No history of diagnosed mental disorders such as depression or anxiety; 4. Good physical health with no contraindications preventing participation in moderate-intensity physical activities; 5. Informed consent obtained from the participant's legal guardian, and the adolescent has provided informed and voluntary consent to participate in this study.

排除标准:

1.既往或当前存在明确的心血管系统、神经系统或骨骼肌肉系统疾病,或其他不适宜参与对抗性或中等强度体育活动的医学状况; 2.近1个月内发生较为严重的运动损伤,尚未完全康复; 3.研究期间同时参加校外系统性武术或搏击类专项训练; 4.既往具有较为系统的武术学习经历(如连续训练≥6个月)。

Exclusion criteria:

1.History or current presence of clearly defined cardiovascular, neurological, or musculoskeletal disorders, or other medical conditions rendering participation in competitive or moderate-intensity physical activities inadvisable; 2. Sustained a relatively severe sports injury within the past month that has not yet fully healed; 3. Concurrent participation in systematic martial arts or combat-specific training outside the university during the study period; 4. Prior history of relatively systematic martial arts training (e.g., continuous training >= 6 months).

本研究采用整群随机分组(cluster randomization),以同一年级的自然班级为随机单位,不打散班级。由不参与教学实施与结局评定的研究助理(第三方)使用计算机随机数生成方法(如 Excel RAND()/R 语言/随机数生成器)生成班级分组序列。随机前先对纳入班级完成基线测量并核对班级人数与性别比例等基本特征,在满足纳入条件后按随机序列将班级分配至武术套路组、武术散打组、常规体育课对照组。随机分组结果在分配完成前对授课教师与评估人员保持不可见,以降低选择偏倚。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Cluster randomization will be used, with intact classes as the unit of randomization (no individual reassignment). An independent research assistant not involved in intervention delivery or outcome assessment will generate the random allocation sequence using a computer-based random number generator (e.g., Excel RAND() function / R software). After baseline assessments and eligibility confirmation at the class level, classes will be allocated to the Wushu routine group, Wushu Sanda group, or regular physical education control group according to the pre-generated random sequence. Allocation results will be concealed from instructors and outcome assessors until assignment is finalized to minimize selection bias.

Blinding:

Due to the nature of the school-based physical activity intervention, blinding of participants and instructors is not feasible. To reduce potential assessment and analysis bias, outcome assessors and data analysts are independent from the intervention delivery and randomization process and are blinded to group allocation during data collection and statistical analysis.
