研究目的：

本研究通过观察有活动期炎症性肠病的牙周炎及牙周健康患者和无炎症性肠病的牙周炎患者 三组 间的牙周状况差异，同时通过收集唾液、菌斑及粪便后续分析口腔及肠道的微生物间的差异及代谢间的联系，在 以期在临床水平、分子水平和微生物水平来探究 牙周 炎 是否与炎症期肠病的活动性密切 相关。  

Objectives of Study：

This study investigates whether periodontitis is closely associated with the activity of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) during its active phase by comparing periodontal conditions across three groups: patients with periodontitis and active IBD, periodontally healthy individuals with active IBD, and patients with periodontitis but without IBD. Additionally, the study aims to analyze differences in oral and gut microbiota as well as metabolic interactions through the collection of saliva, dental plaque, and stool samples. The research seeks to explore potential correlations at clinical, molecular, and microbiological levels.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄大于 16周 岁 ，小于 75周岁；
2.临床或者内镜或者病理诊断为克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎；
3.IBD疾病处于活动性或者缓解期 (活动性 CD: Harvey Bradshaw 指数 [HBI] <5; UC: 部分 Mayo [pMayo] 评分 <2并且无单项亚评分＞ 2 )；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age greater than 16 years and less than 75 years. 2.Diagnosis of Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis confirmed clinically, endoscopically, or pathologically. 3.3. Inflammatory bowel disease in either an active or remission stage. (Definition of Active Disease: Crohn's Disease: Harvey-Bradshaw Index (HBI) >= 5 ,Ulcerative Colitis: Partial Mayo (pMayo) Score >= 2, with no single subscore > 2);

排除标准：

1.3个月内接受过牙周基础治疗；
2.3个月内使用过抗生素；
3.糖尿病；
4.合并有心脏、肺部、造血系统等严重疾病、妊娠期或 3个月内手术史；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having received periodontal non-surgical treatment within the past 3 months.
2.Have used antibiotics within the past 3 months.
3.Diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.
4.Presence of severe concomitant diseases affecting the cardiac, pulmonary, or hematopoietic systems; current pregnancy; or history of surgery within the past 3 months.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Collect the basic information of the patients, including gender, age, smoking history, systemic disease history, allergy history, IBD-related clinical signs, medication history, blood-related inflammatory indicators and periodontal clinical measurement indicators.
