研究目的：

1.筛选流域分析法术中定位不易触及肺结节失败的独立危险因素； 2.基于独立危险因素构建列线图预测模型，并验证模型的区分度、校准度及临床净获益。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Screening of independent risk factors for failed localization of inaccessible pulmonary nodules in watershed analysis; 2. Construction of a nomogram prediction model based on the independent risk factors, and verification of the model's discrimination, calibration, and clinical net benefit.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.胸部高分辨率 CT 证实为周围型肺结节（位于肺外野 1/3），直径8-20mm； 2.术前临床怀疑早期肺癌（磨玻璃成分占比≥50% 或结节倍增时间≥400 d）； 3.已尝试行流域分析法定位及胸腔镜下楔形肺切除术； 4.临床、影像学及随访资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Peripheral pulmonary nodules confirmed by chest high-resolution CT (located in the outer 1/3 of the lung field), with a diameter of 8–20 mm; 2. Preoperative clinical suspicion of early-stage lung cancer (ground-glass component proportion >=50% or nodule doubling time >=400 days); 3. Attempted localization using watershed analysis and video-assisted thoracoscopic wedge resection; 4. Complete clinical, imaging, and follow-up data.

排除标准：

1.严重基础疾病（心力衰竭等）无法耐受手术； 2.术中更改手术方式（转开胸或进行肺叶/肺段切除术等）； 3.临床资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe underlying diseases (e.g., heart failure) that preclude tolerance of surgery; 2. Intraoperative change of surgical approach (conversion to thoracotomy or performance of lobectomy/segmentectomy, etc.); 3. Incomplete clinical data.
