研究目的：

本研究旨在通过前瞻性队列研究，纳入接受机器人辅助腹腔镜、开放肾癌合并下腔静脉瘤栓切除术的患者，评估机器人辅助腹腔镜手术、开放手术在肾癌合并下腔静脉瘤栓切除中的效果差异，具体目标包括：机器人辅助腹腔镜手术、开放手术在手术时间、术中出血量等方面的差异，对比围手术期并发症、术后住院时长以及术后肿瘤进展情况的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to enroll patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery or open surgery for renal cell carcinoma (RCC) complicated with inferior vena cava (IVC) tumor thrombus through a prospective cohort design, and evaluate the efficacy differences between these two surgical approaches in the resection of RCC with IVC tumor thrombus. The specific objectives include: comparing the differences in surgical duration, intraoperative blood loss, etc., between robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery and open surgery; and analyzing the variations in perioperative complications, postoperative hospital stay duration, and postoperative tumor progression.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年满18周岁 ②在我院接受机器人辅助腹腔镜、开放手术方式切除肾癌合并下腔静脉瘤栓的患者。 ③无严重心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能不全、血液系统疾病以及其他严重临床合并症，非妊娠状态。 ④临床资料和实验室检查结果完整。 ⑤同意参加研究并签署无异议文件。 ⑥能够表示同意并理解研究目的。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 years or older; 2. Patients who undergo robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery or open surgery for resection of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) complicated with inferior vena cava (IVC) tumor thrombus at our hospital; 3. Free from severe cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases, hepatic/renal dysfunction, hematological disorders, and other serious clinical comorbidities, non-pregnant; 4.Complete clinical data and laboratory test results; 5. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent document; 6. Capable of providing consent and understanding the purpose of the study.

排除标准：

①未满18周岁。 ②临床资料和实验室检查结果不完整。 ③妊娠状态或哺乳期妇女。 ④合并其他严重临床合并症等。 ⑤研究者认为不适合参加该研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Under 18 years of age; 2.Incomplete clinical data or laboratory test results; 3.Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Complicated with other serious clinical comorbidities; 5. Deemed ineligible for participation in the study by the investigator.
