研究目的：

基于旅程地图识别口腔癌皮瓣移植患者健康管理的多维需求，为优化该群体的全旅程照护提供借鉴。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is aimed to employ a patient journey mapping approach to identify the multi-dimensional needs (including clinical, psychosocial, and informational) in health management among oral cancer patients undergoing free flap reconstruction, and generate evidence-based insights to inform the optimization of integrated, continuous care for this population throughout their entire treatment and recovery trajectory.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①确诊为口腔癌并行皮瓣移植手术后3年内的患者；②年龄 18 ～ 60 岁以内具有读写和表达能力，无认知功能障碍；③自愿参加并能进行有效沟通者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosed with oral cancer and have undergone flap reconstruction surgery within 3 years prior to enrollment. 2.Aged between 18 and 60 years, literate, and able to communicate effectively, with no documented cognitive impairment. 3.Capable of providing informed consent voluntarily and willing to participate in in-depth qualitative interviews.

排除标准：

①不知晓病情者；②有功能性或器质性精神障碍者；③合并其他慢性疾病或严重疾病；④有自杀倾向者；⑤拒绝参加此项研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who are unaware of their cancer diagnosis (as determined by their treating physician or through medical record review). 2.Individuals with a history of functional or organic mental disorders that would impair their ability to provide reliable consent or participate in interviews. 3.Patients with comorbid chronic or severe systemic diseases (e.g., uncontrolled heart failure, end-stage renal disease) that, in the investigator's judgment, would significantly interfere with their participation or the interpretation of their healthcare journey. 4.Individuals with active suicidal ideation or a history of suicide attempts within the past year. 5.Those who decline to participate after the study has been fully explained.
