研究目的：

本研究旨在验证基于智能体与微信时间轴的全流程信息化管理在口腔种植修复围手术期的临床有效性与可实施性，具体目标为：在不增加医护工作量的前提下，相较常规护理是否可以提升术前准备依从性（以手术当天核查清单达标率衡量），降低术前牙科焦虑水平，减少术后并发症（出血、感染、种植体周围炎等）发生率并提高患者满意度与按时复诊率。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to verify the clinical effectiveness and feasibility of a full-process information management system based on agents and WeChat timelines in the perioperative period of oral implant restoration. The specific goals are: without increasing the workload of nurses, to determine whether it can improve preoperative preparation compliance (measured by the compliance rate of the checklist on the day of surgery), reduce preoperative dental anxiety levels, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications (such as bleeding, infection, peri-implantitis, etc.), and increase patient satisfaction and the rate of timely follow-up visits compared with conventional care.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18周岁及以上，性别不限； 2.因牙列缺损行种植手术患者； 3.知情同意，愿意参加本研究； 4.能够使用微信进行沟通患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18 years or older, any gender; 2. Patients undergoing implant surgery due to missing teeth; 3. Informed consent and willingness to participate in this study; 4. Patients able to communicate via WeChat.

排除标准：

1.不能完成手术治疗中途退出者； 2.患有精神疾病，无法正常沟通患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who cannot complete surgery and withdraw midway; 2. Patients with mental illnesses who cannot communicate normally.
