研究目的：

1.风险预测模型构建：基于江西省全量医保数据，通过ICD-10筛选与广义精确匹配建立呼吸疾病队列，采用因果推断模型量化政策净效应，解析关键风险因子及其交互效应。 2.经济负担动态评估：建立双重差分模型（DID）量化DRG改革对医疗费用的冲击效应，通过归因成本分析法测算呼吸系统疾病直接/间接经济负担，开发基于ARIMA的医疗费用趋势预测系统。 3. 三医协同策略优化：运用多主体建模，模拟不同政策组合下“医保支付-医疗服务-药品供给”系统响应，结合德尔菲法专家论证，提出适配江西省情的分级诊疗优化路径。  

Objectives of Study：

Construction of a Risk Prediction Model: Based on comprehensive medical insurance data from Jiangxi Province, a respiratory disease cohort was established by screening with ICD-10 codes and applying generalized exact matching. Causal inference models were employed to quantify the net effect of policies and analyze key risk factors and their interaction effects.Dynamic Assessment of Economic Burden: A difference-in-differences (DID) model was constructed to quantify the impact of DRG reform on medical expenses. Attribution cost analysis was used to measure the direct and indirect economic burden of respiratory diseases, and an ARIMA-based medical expense trend prediction system was developed.Optimization of the Tripartite Medical Coordination Strategy: Multi-agent modeling was applied to simulate the responses of the "medical insurance payment–medical services–drug supply" system under different policy combinations. Combined with Delphi method-based expert consultation, an optimized pathway for tiered diagnosis and treatment tailored to the context of Jiangxi Province was proposed.
