通过回顾性随访研究评估自制双腔冲洗引流管用于经皮脊柱内镜治疗腰椎感染的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the therapeutic effect of homemade double-lumen irrigation drainage tubes in percutaneous endoscopic lumbar spine surgery for lumbar infections through a retrospective follow-up study.

纳入标准：

（1）符合脊柱感染诊断标准的患者 （2）病人接受内镜下椎间隙病灶清除+置入自制双腔引流管术 （3）病例资料收集完整

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of spinal infection . 2. Endoscopic clearance of intervertebral space lesions and self-made double-lumen drainage tube . 3. Complete case data collection.

排除标准：

1.临床资料不完整的患者；

1.Patients with incomplete clinical data;
