通过真实世界数据，探究青春宝抗衰老片减缓 KDM 生物学年龄的有效性、适用人群范围及适宜服用剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

Using real-world data, this study aims to investigate the effectiveness of Qingchunbao Kang Shuai Lao Pian in slowing KDM biological age, the applicable population range, and the appropriate dosage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①汉族； ②年龄≥18 周岁； ③愿意参加问卷调查和完成血生化和血常规检查并提供报告； ④提供知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1 Han Chinese ethnicity; 2 Age >= 18 years; 3 Willing to participate the questionnaire survey, complete blood biochemical and routine blood tests, and provide the corresponding reports; 4 Provision of informed consent.

排除标准：

①无法正常沟通、存在严重认知功能障碍且无合格代理人； ②进行癌症、免疫抑制（如环孢素、甲氧氨喋呤、糖皮质激素）或抗凝治疗，或有严重肝肾疾病； ③正在长期服用 NMN（连续服用 3 个月及以上）等其他保健用品。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Unable to communicate effectively, with severe cognitive impairment and no qualified legal representative; 2 Undergoing cancer treatment, immunosuppressive therapy (e.g., cyclosporine, methotrexate, glucocorticoids), or anticoagulant therapy; or suffering from severe liver or kidney disease; 3 Currently taking other health supplements for 3 months or longer (e.g., NMN).
