研究目的：

本研究旨在评估脑类淋巴功能障碍是否为卒中后认知障碍的关键原因，并根据类淋巴清除功能预测卒中后认知障碍的阈值将患者分为干预组（予以ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)）和对照组（不给药），阐明摄入ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)在改善脑类淋巴功能来逆转或降低卒中后认知障碍中的作用，从而为改善卒中后认知障碍的应用前景及转化医学提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to determine whether dysfunction of the brain glymphatic system is a key contributor to post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI). Patients will be stratified into an intervention group (receiving ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids [PUFAs]) and a control group (no pharmacological intervention) based on predefined glymphatic clearance function thresholds predictive of PSCI. The study will elucidate the role of ω-3 PUFA supplementation in improving glymphatic function to reverse or mitigate PSCI, thereby providing evidence to support its clinical application and translational potential in the management of post-stroke cognitive impairment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.发病后 2周内和发病 6个月时完成包括 DTI序列在内的多模式影像学扫描； 2.能够配合完成认知功能的全套评估； 3.能够配合临床和影像长期随访工作。

Inclusion criteria

1. Multimodal neuroimaging, including diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) sequences, will be performed within 2 weeks after stroke onset and again at 6 months post-onset. 2. Able to cooperate with and complete a comprehensive cognitive function assessment battery. 3. Able to comply with long-term clinical and neuroimaging follow-up.

排除标准：

1.卒中前已存在认知障碍者； 2.扫描中不能耐受或完成头颅 MRI（包括 DTI序列）扫描者； 3.因为严重头动造成影像学伪影导致后续影像 后处理和分析者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with pre-existing cognitive impairment prior to stroke. 2. Individuals who are unable to tolerate or complete brain MRI examinations, including DTI sequences. 3. Individuals whose imaging data are compromised by severe head motion–related artifacts, precluding subsequent image post-processing and analysis.

This study will share the de?identified raw data, study protocol, statistical analysis plan, informed consent forms, and related documents via the “MedResMan” scientific research data management and sharing platform (http://www.medresman.org.cn/login.aspx) within six months after the main research results are published in a peer?reviewed journal. The shared data may only be used for non?commercial scientific validation, secondary analysis, or other ethically approved research purposes. Potential users must submit an application through the aforementioned platform and obtain written consent from the principal investigator, Dr. Sheng Zhang (zhangsheng@hmc.edu.cn), before accessing and using the data in accordance with the platform’s prescribed procedures.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：
