研究目的：

本项目将通过开展多中心研究，基于全基因组关联分析探索圆锥角膜的易感基因和位点。  

Objectives of Study：

The project will conduct a multi-center study to identify susceptibility genes and loci for keratoconus through genome-wide association analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病例组： (1) 有至少一只眼睛被确诊为原发性圆锥角膜； (2) 年龄<=45周岁； (3) 同意参与此项研究； 2.对照组： (1) 双眼屈光度＞-2.0D； (2) 无其他眼部疾病； (3) 年龄<=45周岁； (4) 同意参与此项研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Case group: (1) At least one eye diagnosed with primary keratoconus; (2) Age <= 45 years; (3) Agrees to participate in this study. 2. Control group: (1) Both eyes with refractive error greater than -2.0D; (2) No other eye diseases; (3) Age <= 45 years; (4) Agrees to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.病例组： (1) 有任意一眼被诊断为继发性圆锥角膜； (2) 伴有其他全身性遗传综合征； 2.对照组： (1) 有任意一眼屈光度<=-2.0D； (2) 有其他眼部疾病.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Case Group: (1) At least one eye diagnosed with secondary keratoconus; (2) Accompanied by other systemic genetic syndromes. 2. Control Group: (1) At least one eye with a refractive error of <= -2.0D; (2) Presence of other ocular diseases.
