研究目的：

主要目的：建立儿童重症感染临床队列、特色样本数据库，开发自然语言专病解读深度学习模型，构建西部儿童重症感染多模态数据库；基于特色数据库开展大样本真实世界研究及数据挖掘工作。 次要目的：（1）构建儿童重症感染及不良预后早期预警体系（2）制订儿童重症感染个性化治疗方案；（3）重症感染患儿疾病进展监测与长期管理；（4）提供科研和临床研究支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Main Objectives：1.To establish a clinical cohort and a characteristic sample database for children with severe infections. 2. To develop a deep learning model for specialized disease interpretation using natural language processing. 3. To construct a multimodal database for children with severe infections in the western region. 4. To conduct large-scale real-world studies and data mining based on the characteristic database. Secondary Objectives: 1. To build an early warning system for children with severe infections and adverse prognosis. 2. To develop personalized treatment plans for children with severe infections. 3. To monitor the disease progression and provide long-term management for children with severe infections. 4. To provide support for scientific research and clinical studies.

纳入标准：

1.①患儿年龄：介于1月~18岁；
2.②以下条件至少满足1项：a.入住PICU符合《儿童社区获得性肺炎管理指南(2024修订)》中重症肺炎诊断;b.符合《2024年国际共识标准：儿童脓毒症和脓毒性休克》中脓毒症/脓毒性休克的诊断标准；
3.③法定监护人签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.The age of the pediatric patients ranges from 1 month to 18 years old.
2.At least one of the following criteria is met: a. Admission to the PICU is in line with the diagnosis of severe pneumonia in the ; b. The diagnosis of sepsis/septic shock meets the <2024 International Consensus Criteria for Sepsis and Septic Shock in Children>;
3.The legal guardian signs the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.①排除肥胖、营养不良、先天性心脏病、免疫缺陷、伴随慢性腹泻等影响营养代谢的慢性疾病、支气管肺发育不良、肺部先天畸形等慢性肺疾病、先天性遗传代谢性疾病、神经肌肉疾病、白血病、淋巴瘤的患儿。
2.②不同意参加这项临床研究的患者；
3.③常规检测的剩余血及痰标本量不足以送检；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclude children with chronic diseases affecting nutritional metabolism, such as obesity, malnutrition, congenital heart disease, immune deficiency, chronic diarrhea, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, congenital pulmonary malformations, congenital metabolic diseases, neuromuscular diseases, leukemia, and lymphoma.
2.Patients who do not agree to participate in this clinical study;
3.The remaining blood and sputum samples from routine tests are insufficient for submission for further testing.
