研究目的：

评估比较内镜切除和手术切除原发性十二指肠间质瘤的安全性和长期结果，探讨最佳治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate and compare the safety and long-term outcomes of endoscopic resection and surgical resection for primary duodenal stromal tumors, and to explore the optimal treatment strategy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.内镜下切除术（ER）或内镜黏膜下剥离术（SR）； 2.基于苏木精 - 伊红（H&E）染色的梭形细胞形态、CD117（KIT）免疫组化阳性及/或分子 KIT 或 PDGFRA 基因突变的组织病理学诊断为胃肠道间质瘤（DGIST）； 3.十二指肠原发肿瘤，术前经计算机断层扫描（CT）或内镜超声诊断，术中或术后经 ER 或 SR 确诊； 4.完整的术前和术后临床及病理资料。

Inclusion criteria

1. ER or SR; 2. histopathologic diagnosis of DGIST based on spindle cell morphology on H&E staining, positive CD117 (KIT) immunohistochemistry and/or molecular KIT or PDGFRA gene mutations; 3. primary tumor in the duodenum, preoperatively diagnosed by computed tomography (CT) or endoscopic ultrasound and intraoperatively or postoperatively confirmed by ER or SR; 4. complete preoperative and postoperative clinical and pathology data.

排除标准：

1.同时存在其它恶性肿瘤； 2.有胃肠道间质瘤或其他部位恶性肿瘤病史； 3.术前主要器官（如心脏、脑、肝或肾系统）严重功能障碍； 4.临床或病理记录不完整或无法获取随访信息。

Exclusion criteria：

1. coexistent malignancy; 2. history of GIST or other malignancies at any site; 3. severe preoperative dysfunction of major organs, such as cardiac, cerebral, hepatic, or renal systems; 4. incomplete clinical or pathological records or inability to obtain follow-up information.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

建立患者病例报告表及知情同意书。确定明确的各中心负责人、数据采集、录入和监督人员，并进行研究设计与方法、数据记录和处理，及时填写CRF表，并在EDC及时记录数据，保证数据的及时、准确、规范、真实和可靠。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Establish patient case report forms and informed consent forms. Determine clear center leaders, data collectors, entry personnel and supervisors for each center, and conduct research design and methods, data recording and processing. Fill in CRF forms in a timely manner and record data in EDC promptly to ensure the timeliness, accuracy, standardization, authenticity and reliability of the data.
