Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of static lung compliance-guided positive end-expiratory pressure on postoperative pulmonary complications in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in trendelenburg position

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期在我院行Trendelenburg体位腹腔镜手术老年患者预计手术时长大于≥2小时，年龄65-80岁，ASAⅠ-Ⅲ，BMI19-28kg/m2,

Inclusion criteria

(1)For elective laparoscopic surgery in trendelenburg position and duration of surgeru≥2 hour (2) ASA grade I-III patients (3) Body mass index,(BMI) 19-28kg/m2 (4) 65-80 years old

排除标准：

1 合并严重的呼吸系统并发症，包括慢性阻塞性肺疾病、哮喘、支气管扩张、肺炎、OSAHS、肺间质纤维化、 2 肺部手术史，或心肺损伤等； 3 合并严重心血管疾病，包括心力衰竭、各类心律失常、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、各类心肌疾病、先心病及心脏瓣膜病等；肾脏疾病，肝脏疾病（血清总胆红素≥2mg/dl）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative pulmonary inflammation, pulmonary edema, emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or diaphragmatic dysfunction;OSAHS, asthma; 2. Previous history of intrathoracic surgery or cardiopulmonary injury; 3. severe cardiovascular diseases (such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, malignant arrhythmia, etc.) , renal diseases, liver diseases, diseases (serum total bilirubin ≥2 mg/dl)
