构建基于深度学习的胰腺肿瘤早期鉴别诊断模型  

Objectives of Study:

This study is aiming to develop a deep learning-based early differential diagnosis model for pancreatic tumors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1. 2020年1月至2024年9月入院就诊,年龄≥18岁,且病理证实为胰腺导管腺癌、胰腺囊性疾病(包括胰腺浆液性囊腺瘤、胰腺实性假乳头状肿瘤、胰腺粘液性囊腺瘤)的患者; 2. 具有可获得的治疗前肝胆胰超声图像;

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients admitted between January 2020 and September 2024, aged >=18 years, and pathologically confirmed as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma or pancreatic cystic diseases (including pancreatic serous cystadenoma, pancreatic solid pseudopapillary tumor, pancreatic mucinous cystadenoma); 2. with available pre-treatment hepatobiliary and pancreatic ultrasound images;

排除标准:

1. 年龄<18岁,或病理诊断不明确的患者; 2. 无治疗前肝胆胰超声图像。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Age < 18 years, or patients with an unclear pathological diagnosis; 2. absence of pre-treatment hepatobiliary and pancreatic ultrasound images.

从病例系统采集研究对象的临床数据,从PACS采集相应的超声数据并进行脱敏处理为nii.gz格式管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Clinical data of the study subjects were collected from the case system, and the corresponding ultrasound data were retrieved from PACS, followed by desensitization processing and management in the nii.gz format.
