通过对基层精神专科医院既往医疗费用展开回顾性队列研究，探索共病躯体疾病的精神疾病患者医疗费用“双高”模式的具体表现及分布特征，利用聚类分析识别不同的资源消费患者类型，探讨医疗费用激增的关键影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a retrospective cohort study of medical expenses at primary-level psychiatric hospitals, this research aims to explore the specific manifestations and distribution characteristics of the "double-high" pattern in healthcare costs among patients with mental disorders complicated by somatic comorbidities, utilize cluster analysis to identify distinct patient types with different resource consumption profiles, and investigate the key factors associated with acute increases in medical expenditures.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.精神疾病诊断符合ICD-10； 2.年龄≥18岁； 3.有完整的医疗费用记录； 4.在本医疗机构有≥1周的就诊记录。

Inclusion criteria

1. The diagnosis of mental illness conforms to ICD-10; 2. Age is greater than or equal to eighteen years old; 3. Have complete medical expense records; 4. Has medical records spanning one week or longer at this healthcare institution.

排除标准：

1.医疗费用缺失超过20%的患者； 2.仅有个别时间段就诊的临时性患者； 3.急性短暂性躯体疾病患者； 4.拒绝参加研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with medical expenses missing more than 20%; 2. Only temporary patients visiting during specific time periods; 3. Patients with acute transient somatic diseases; 4. Patients who refuse to participate in the study.
