Objectives of Study：

The classification of patients with septic shock provides a basis for fluid resuscitation therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.符合脓毒症休克3.0诊断 2.行PICCO血流动力学监测；

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the Sepsis-3 diagnostic criteria for septic shock, 2.Undergo PICCO hemodynamic monitoring;

排除标准：

1.PICCO监测时间小于72小时 2.入院时外院已诊断脓毒症休克并给与液体复苏治疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1.PICCO monitoring duration is less than 72 hours. 2.Septic shock had been diagnosed and fluid resuscitation therapy had been administered at a referring hospital upon admission;
