Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the improved analgesic effect of liposomal bupivacaine local infiltration at the incision site after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 选取择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者80例，年龄 18- 75岁，性别不限； 2. 美国麻醉医师协会分级（American Society of Anesthesiologists，ASA）Ⅰ和Ⅱ级；

Inclusion criteria

1.Eighty patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected, with ages ranging from 18 to 70 years old and no gender restrictions. 2. The American Society of Anesthesiologists classification (American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA) I and II level;

排除标准：

1. 严重的呼吸循环系统疾病：如严重的冠心病、慢阻肺等； 2.接受术后自控镇痛(硬膜外或静脉)； 3. 精神心理疾病：如精神分裂、抑郁症、慢性镇痛药物服用史、酗酒史、阿片类药物依赖者或不能理解视觉模拟评分（visual analogue scale，VAS）； 4.布比卡因脂质体过敏； 5.体质指数（body mass index，BMI）>35 kg/m2。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiopulmonary conditions, such as advanced coronary artery disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); 2. Accept postoperative patient-controlled analgesia (epidural or intravenous); 3. Mental and Psychological Disorders: Such as schizophrenia, depression, history of chronic analgesic medication use, alcohol abuse, opioid dependence, or individuals unable to comprehend the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS); 4. Allergy to bupivacaine liposome; 5. Body mass index (BMI) > 35 kg/m2.
