研究目的：

比较瑞马唑仑与丙泊酚在深度镇静状态下额叶脑电图各频段功率谱的差异，明确瑞马唑仑麻醉状态的特征性脑电频谱表现， 探讨瑞马唑仑镇静相关的可能神经环路机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare differences in the frontal electroencephalographic (EEG) power spectra across frequency bands between remimazolam and propofol under deep sedation, to characterize the distinctive EEG spectral features associated with remimazolam-induced anesthesia, and to explore the potential neural circuit mechanisms underlying remimazolam-related sedation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 18～64 岁； 2. ASA 分级 I～Ⅱ 级； 3. BMI 18～28 kg/m^2； 4.全身麻醉下择期手术患者； 5.自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18–64 years; 2. ASA classification I–II; 3. BMI 18–28 kg/m^2; 4. Patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia; 5. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.苯二氮卓类药物过敏； 2.麻醉师评估的困难气道； 3.既往诊断为冠心病等心肺功能不全； 4.确诊为抑郁、焦虑、精神分裂等精神系统疾病，滥用药物、酒精等精神药物； 5.肝肾功能指标实验室检查水平明显异常； 6. 影像学检查中发现的心肺结构异常； 7.拒绝进行该研究患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergy to benzodiazepines; 2. Difficult airway assessed by an anesthesiologist; 3. Previous diagnosis of coronary heart disease or other cardiovascular and pulmonary dysfunction; 4. Diagnosed with mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, or abuse of medications or alcohol; 5. Significant abnormalities in liver and kidney function laboratory test results; 6. Structural abnormalities of the heart or lungs found in imaging examinations; 7. Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
