研究目的：

探索运用超声显像仪辅助膀胱癌患者行mpMRI检查达到最佳膀胱充盈量，提高患者膀胱充盈达标率及图像质量和检查效率，为膀胱MRI检查提供最佳充盈策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the use of ultrasound scanners to assist bladder cancer patients in undergoing mpMRI examinations, aiming to achieve the optimal bladder filling volume, improve the bladder filling compliance rate, image quality, and examination efficiency of patients, and provide the optimal filling strategy for bladder MRI examinations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁，性别不限 2. 行膀胱MRI检查 3.无根治性膀胱手术 4.自愿参与此次研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged >= 18 years, regardless of gender. 2.Scheduled for bladder MRI examination. 3.No history of radical cystectomy. 4.Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患严重精神方面疾病，无法配合检查的患者 2.有MRI 检查禁忌症 3.严重肾功能不全 4.既往行根治性膀胱手术

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe psychiatric disorders unable to cooperate with the examination. 2.Presence of contraindications to MRI. 3.Severe renal insufficiency. 4.History of radical cystectomy.
