研究目的：

本研究拟聚焦“前额叶-扣带-纹状体”环路探究双相抑郁为主体的精神疾病中伴随自杀行为的患者神经环路损害模式的多样性。再此基础上，识别与神经环路损伤关联的易感基因，解析神经环路损伤的动态演变规律。最后，构建基于神经影像和易感基因筛查的自杀行为预警模型，并验证模型有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to focus on the "prefrontal-cingulate-striatum" circuit to explore the diversity of neural circuit damage patterns in patients with bipolar depression as the main mental disorder accompanied by suicidal behavior. On this basis, identify the susceptibility genes associated with neural circuit damage and analyze the dynamic evolution rules of neural circuit damage. Finally, construct a suicide behavior early warning model based on neuroimaging and susceptibility gene screening, and verify the model's effectiveness.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合DSM-5双相障碍抑郁发作诊断标准； 2. 考虑年龄是自杀行为的危险因素，本课题关注成年早期的患者，故年龄>=18岁且<=35岁； 3. 汉族； 4. 右利手； 5. 17项Hamilton抑郁量表评分>=17。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for depressive episode of bipolar disorder as defined by DSM-5; 2. Considering that age is a risk factor for suicidal behavior, this study focuses on patients in early adulthood, so the age range is >=18 and <=35 years old; 3. Han ethnicity; 4. Right-handed; 5. Hamilton Depression Scale score of 17 items >=17.

排除标准：

1. 磁共振扫描幽闭恐惧症； 2. 伴有幻觉、妄想等精神病性症状； 3. 明显心理和躯体的诱发因素； 4. 存在严重躯体疾病史，脑器质性疾病史； 5. 电休克治疗半年内者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Magnetic resonance scan for claustrophobia; 2. Accompanied by psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations and delusions; 3. Obvious psychological and physical triggering factors; 4. Has a history of serious physical diseases and brain organic diseases; 5. Those who have received electroconvulsive therapy within half a year.
