研究目的：

分析女性不同年龄阶段激素（甲状腺激素如FT3、FT4、TSH，性激素如雌二醇、睾酮）水平与代谢相关性脂肪肝及其相关 的不同组分（肝功、血糖、血脂、血压、尿酸、BMI 指数等）的相关性，筛选脂肪肝进一步 并发代谢综合征的高危因素，构建预警模型，减少代谢性疾病远期发生率和病死率。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the relationship between the levels of hormones (Thyroid hormone and sex hormones) and metabolic associated fatty liver disease in women at different age stages, to screen the high risk factors of fatty liver and metabolic syndrome, and to construct the early warning model, the correlation of different components of fatty liver, such as liver function, blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure, uric acid, BMI index, etc. , to reduce the long-term incidence and mortality of metabolic diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.女性，年龄 20 岁～65 岁；符合代谢相关性脂肪肝诊断标准； 2.符合代谢综合征诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Female, aged 20-65, met the diagnostic criteria for metabolic associated fatty liver disease; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome.

排除标准：

1.其他原因导致的脂肪肝，如酒精性，免疫性，病毒性，药物性，遗传性，中毒性，以及 其他器官病变导致的脂肪肝； 2.拒绝签署知情同意书者； 3.针对内分泌激素失常已进行药物治疗 者；已应用降糖药、降脂药、降压药治疗者等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Fatty liver due to other causes, such as alcoholic, immune, viral, drug-induced, hereditary, toxic, and, among others, organ lesions; 2. Those who refused to sign an informed consent form; 3. For endocrine hormone disorders have been drug treatment, have been used hypoglycemic drugs, lipid-lowering drugs, antihypertensive drugs;
