研究目的：

本课题组拟通过对所研发的孤独症儿童康复产品和康复管理信息平台进行临床应用验证，评估康复产品及信息平台的有效性和安全性，为孤独症儿童的个性化、智能化治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The research team intends to conduct clinical application validation of the developed rehabilitation products and management information platform for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), aiming to evaluate the efficacy and safety of these rehabilitation solutions and the information platform. This initiative will provide an empirical foundation for personalized and intelligent therapeutic interventions for children with ASD.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASD儿童:年龄在2-6岁，经行为发育医师评估有发育异常表现，符合美国精神障碍诊断统计手册第5版（DSM-5）关于ASD的诊断标准，结合ADOS、CARS、SRS、ABC、改良婴幼儿孤独症量表（Modified Checklist For Autism In Toddlers，M-CHAT）确诊ASD的儿童；

Inclusion criteria

1.Children with ASD, aged 2-6 years, who had developmental abnormalities as assessed by behavioral development physicians and met the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-5) diagnostic criteria for ASD, Children with ASD were diagnosed with ADOS, CARS, SRS, ABC, and Modified Checklist For Autism In Toddlers (M-CHAT).

排除标准：

1.其他已知的严重神经精神疾病，染色体、遗传代谢性疾病及其他重大躯体疾病，如视听障碍、癫痫、苯丙酮尿症、结节性硬化、神经纤维瘤、严重脑外伤等疾病; 2.监护人不愿参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other known severe neuropsychiatric disorders, chromosomal, genetic metabolic diseases, and other major physical diseases, such as visual and auditory impairments, epilepsy, phenylketonuria, tuberous sclerosis, neurofibromatosis, severe traumatic brain injury, and other conditions; 2. Guardians unwilling to participate in the study.
