研究目的：

1.主要目的：开发并验证一个结合了手术切缘组织“胶原组学”特征与临床病理资料的多因素预测模型，用于预测接受新辅助放化疗的直肠癌患者术后发生重度LARS的风险。 2.次要目的：定量描述并比较重度LARS组与非重度LARS组患者手术切缘组织中胶原纤维的微观结构特征差异  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective: To develop and validate a multivariate predictive model combining surgical margin tissue collagen signature with clinicopathological data to predict the risk of major low anterior resection syndrome (LARS) in rectal cancer patients receiving neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy. 2. Secondary Objective: To quantitatively describe and compare the differences in the microstructural characteristics of collagen fibers in surgical margin tissues between patients with major LARS and those without.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.经组织学或细胞学确诊的直肠癌； 3.2019-2021年完成标准新辅助放化疗和根治性低位前切除术； 4.完整临床病理资料、手术标本和术后LARS评分随访记录。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Histologically or cytologically confirmed rectal cancer; 3.Completion of standard neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy and low anterior resection between 2019 and 2021; 4.Complete clinicopathological data, surgical specimens, and postoperative LARS score follow-up records.

排除标准：

1.合并其他肿瘤或既往肿瘤病史； 2.妊娠或哺乳期； 3.无随访信息；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Concomitant tumors or history of previous tumors; 2.Pregnancy or lactation; 3.Lack of follow-up information;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据来自医院电子病历系统，纳入符合标准的连续患者。对预先设计的病例资料表格收集人口学、肿瘤学与治疗相关变量；随访数据（LARS问卷）通过电话随访。所有数据在本地去标识化后录入本地数据库。数据仅限授权研究成员访问。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were obtained from the hospital's electronic medical record system , including consecutive patients who met the criteria. Demographic, oncological, and treatment-related variables were collected from a pre-designed case data form; follow-up data (LARS questionnaire) were obtained via telephone. All data were de-identified locally before being entered into a local database. Data is accessible only to authorized research members.
