研究目的：

本研究将对鼻咽癌患者RT前、中、后进行前瞻性评估，以了解：（1）营养如何影响口腔细菌和真菌的组成；（2）口腔微生物群在整个放疗期间如何变化；（3）这些变化与RIOM的发展和预后之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will conduct a prospective assessment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients before, during, and after RT to understand: (1) how nutrition affects the composition of oral bacteria and fungi; (2) how the oral microbiota changes throughout the entire radiotherapy period. (3) The relationship between these changes and the development and prognosis of RIOM.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.①　经组织病理学确诊为鼻咽癌； ②　年龄≧18岁； ③　计划在本院接受初始根治性放疗，不论是否进行化疗； ④　Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) 评分≥70； ⑤ 能够使用正常的语言或文字进行交流，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Histopathologically confirmed as nasopharyngeal carcinoma. 2. >= age 18 years of age; 3. Plan to accept the initial radical radiotherapy in our hospital, regardless of whether chemotherapy; 4. Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score 70 or higher; 5. Be able to use normal to communicate in the language or languages, and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.①　放疗前存在活跃的口腔感染； ②　在过去4周内使用过抗生素、益生菌、益生元或抗真菌药物； ③　既往头部或颈部接受过放射治疗； ④　存在远处转移（如肝脏、骨、脑转转移）； ⑤　严重未控制的全身性疾病（例如，肝功能衰竭、肾衰竭、严重的免疫缺陷） ； ⑥　精神疾病、智障或其他可能导致认知功能障碍的身体或心理障碍；⑦ 孕妇或哺乳期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Active oral infection before radiotherapy; 2. Used antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics or antifungal drugs in the past 4 weeks; 3. The head or neck previously received radiotherapy; 4. Distant metastasis (such as the liver, bone, brain matastasis); 5. Serious uncontrolled systemic diseases (e.g., liver failure, kidney failure, severe immunodeficiency); 6. Mental illness, intellectual disabilities or other may cause physical or psychological barriers of cognitive dysfunction; 7. Pregnant or lactating patients.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集采用病人主观综合评估量表（PG-SGA），并及时进行核查防止填写错误，然后录入数据表；为保护入组患者的隐私，纸质版表格锁入专用柜中。

Data will be collected using PG-SGA, and timely verification will be performed to prevent filling out the form with errors and then entering it into the datasheet; the paper-based version of the forms will be locked into a special cabinet to protect the privacy of the enrolled patients.
