研究目的：

在真实世界条件下观察与评估来罗西利治疗HR+/HER2-局部晚期或转移性乳腺癌患者的无进展生存期（PFS）  

Objectives of Study：

Observation and evaluation of the progression-free survival (PFS) of patients with HR+/HER2- locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer treated with Raloxifene in real-world conditions

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2026年1月1日至2028年12月31日期间就诊的患者； 1.HR+/HER2-晚期乳腺癌未接受过或接受过最多一线CDK4/6i治疗的患者； 2.研究者计划予以使用来罗西利治疗的患者； 3.ECOG PS（东部肿瘤协作组体能状态）：0-2分；

Inclusion criteria

Patients who visited the hospital from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028; 1. Patients with HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer who have not received or have received at most one line of CDK4/6i treatment; 2. Patients for whom the investigator plans to administer lorlatinib treatment; 3. ECOG PS (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status): 0-2 points;

排除标准：

1.已知有活动性脑转移的患者；
2.患者存在晚期、症状性内脏扩散，有短期内出现危及生命的并发症的风险；
3.显著的合并疾病；
4.研究者评定认为不合适入选的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with known active brain metastases;
2.Patients with advanced, symptomatic visceral metastases at risk of developing life-threatening complications in the short term;
3.Patients with significant comorbidities.
4.Patients deemed ineligible for enrollment by the investigators.
