研究目的：

短期目标：1.明确乳腺癌患者第一周期化疗相关味觉改变的变化轨迹；2.探索影响化疗第一周期味觉改变严重程度和持续时间的影响因素。 长期目标：1.明确乳腺癌患者全周期化疗相关味觉改变的变化轨迹；2.探索影响化疗全周期味觉改变严重程度和持续时间的影响因素；3.分析不同味觉改变轨迹对患者营养状况的长期影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Short-term objectives: 1. to clarify the trajectory of taste changes associated with the first cycle of chemotherapy in breast cancer patients; 2. to explore the factors affecting the severity and duration of taste changes in the first cycle of chemotherapy. Long-term objectives: 1. to clarify the trajectory of taste changes associated with the full cycle of chemotherapy in breast cancer patients; 2. to explore the factors affecting the severity and duration of taste changes in the full cycle of chemotherapy; 3. to analyse the long-term effects of different taste change trajectories on the nutritional status of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合原发性乳腺癌诊断标准； 2.于本院择期行首次辅助或新辅助化疗； 3.AJCC TNM分期为I～III期； 4.知晓疾病诊断和病情； 5.年龄>=18周岁； 6.无语言沟通及认知功能障碍； 7.自愿加入研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary breast cancer.
2.Scheduled to receive their first cycle of adjuvant or neoadjuvant chemotherapy in our hospital.
3.Classified as American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) TNM stage I to III.
4.Aware of their disease diagnosis and condition.
5.Aged 18 years or older.
6.No impairments in language communication or cognitive function.
7.Voluntarily agree to participate in the study and provide signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重疾病，如严重的心、肝、肾功能不全；
2.既往有其他恶性肿瘤病史；
3.妊娠期或哺乳期女性；
4.合并其他已知会导致味觉改变或影响营养的疾病，如严重的自身免疫性疾病、未控制的糖尿病、慢性口腔疾病等；
5.正在参加其他干预性临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of other severe comorbidities, such as severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction.
2.History of other prior malignancies.
3.Pregnant or lactating women.
4.Coexisting with other known conditions that may cause taste alterations or affect nutritional status, such as severe autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, or chronic oral diseases.
5.Concurrent participation in another interventional clinical trial.
