1、分析老年非静脉曲张性急性上消化道出血患者发生继发急性心肌梗死的高危因素和临床转归； 2、构建老年非静脉曲张性急性上消化道出血患者继发急性心肌梗死的列线图预测模型  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the high-risk factors and clinical outcomes of secondary acute myocardial infarction in elderly patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.? 2. To construct a nomogram prediction model for secondary acute myocardial infarction in elderly patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经内镜确诊为病因明确的非静脉曲张性上消化道出血； 2.年龄>=65岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosed endoscopically with acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding (ANVUGIB) of a clearly identified cause.
2.Age >=65 years;

排除标准：

1.病史不详、临床资料不完整；
2.发病前尚处于急性心肌梗死或者慢性心肌损伤等肌钙蛋白长期处于升高状态的病例；
3.终末期疾病干扰预后评估；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Unknown medical history and incomplete clinical data;
2.Cases with pre-existing chronically elevated troponin levels, such as those due to acute myocardial infarction (AMI) or chronic myocardial injury;
3.Prognostic assessment is challenging in end-stage disease.
