本研究的核心目标是通过临床特征、检验结果及tNGS分析，识别偏肺病毒感染患儿中影响病程进展的生物标志物，并进一步构建预测模型，以期为重症肺炎的早期诊断与治疗方案选择提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The core objective of this study is to identify biomarkers that influence disease progression in children with atypical viral lung infections through clinical features, test results, and tNGS analysis, and to further develop predictive models, with the aim of providing a scientific basis for the early diagnosis and treatment strategy selection of severe pneumonia.

纳入标准：

入组标准：年龄≤15岁；呼吸道感染症状明确；tNGS检测明确为hMPV阳性；住院治疗病例，资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria:Age <=15 years;Clearly defined symptoms of respiratory infection; Confirmed hMPV positive by tNGS detection; Hospitalized cases with complete medical records.

排除标准：

排除标准：其他明确主因引起住院（如外伤、外科手术）；合并其他病原重感染难以分辨者；资料缺失严重者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria:Hospitalization primarily due to other confirmed causes (e.g., trauma, surgical procedures);Co-infection with other pathogens that makes the attribution of severe illness difficult to distinguish;Cases with critically incomplete medical records.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

首先，根据研究方案，我们设计了结构化的电子病例记录表。该CRF详细列出了所有需要收集的变量，包括：1) 患儿基本信息；2) 入院时临床特征；3) 实验室与影像学检查结果；4) 治疗干预措施；5) 疾病转归与结局指标。数据提取由两名独立的临床医生进行，关键变量的评价者间可信度为95%(科恩的κ=0.87)。其次，本研究采用RedCap系统作为EDC平台。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

First, according to the study protocol, we designed a structured electronic case report form (CRF). This CRF detailed all variables to be collected, including: 1) basic patient information; 2) clinical characteristics at admission; 3) laboratory and imaging findings; 4) treatment interventions; and 5) disease progression and outcome measures. Data extraction was performed independently by two clinicians, with an inter-rater reliability of 95% (Cohen's κ = 0.87) for key variables. Second, this study utilized the RedCap system as the electronic data capture (EDC) platform.
