研究目的：

主要目的：分析大连地区体检人群甲状腺疾病的患病现状及相关影响因素。 次要目的：总结不同性别及年龄组体检者甲状腺超声及甲状腺功能情况，并对比分析不同甲状腺超声组别（回声改变、结节合并囊肿、结节（大小、形状、纹理）、钙化、囊肿、甲状旁腺结节等相邻结构、未见异常）间甲状腺功能异常检出率的差异。 探索性目的：探索大连地区健康体检人群甲状腺疾病的筛查及管理策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To analyze the prevalence of thyroid diseases and related influencing factors in the physical examination population in Dalian Area.Secondary Objective: To summarize the thyroid ultrasound findings and thyroid function status of examinees across different genders and age groups, and to compare the differences in the detection rate of thyroid function abnormalities among different thyroid ultrasound categories (echo changes, nodules combined with cysts, nodules [size, shape, texture], calcification, cysts, adjacent structures such as parathyroid nodules, and no abnormalities detected).Exploratory Objective: To explore the screening and management strategies for thyroid diseases in the healthy physical examination population in Dalian Area.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18 岁的大连地区常住居民； 2.完成甲状腺超声及甲状腺功能检查的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Permanent residents of Dalian aged 18 years or older; 2. Patients who have completed thyroid ultrasound and thyroid function tests.

排除标准：

1.未签署知情同意书的；研究资料严重缺失者； 2.患有甲状腺切除、甲状腺畸形缺如、其他内分泌疾病、服用甲状腺激素药物及其他激素药物的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have not signed the informed consent form; those with seriously missing research data; 2. Patients with thyroidectomy, thyroid malformations or absence, other endocrine diseases, or those taking thyroid hormone medications and other hormone drugs.

采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，探头频率为 5~10MHz。对被检者的甲状腺进行扫描，受检者取仰卧位，头向后仰充分暴露颈前区域，筛查内容包括甲状腺的结节大小、回声形式、是否钙化、边界是否清晰、血流特征等情况

Using a color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic system with a probe frequency of 5–10 MHz, the thyroid gland of the examinee was scanned. The examinee was placed in a supine position with the head tilted backward to fully expose the anterior neck region. The screening included assessment of the size of thyroid nodules, echogenicity, presence of calcification, clarity of borders, and hemodynamic characteristics.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据来源于大连医科大学附属第一医院健康管理中心信息系统。由指定研究人员在院内系统中按统一口径导出原始数据后进行清洗、合并与编码，设置逻辑校验与缺失值标记；去标识化处理后存储于受控研究数据库/加密文件中，访问权限分级管理并定期备份。数据导出用于统计分析时采用Excel/CSV等格式，传输与分析过程遵循数据安全与保密要求。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were extracted retrospectively from the Health Management Center information system of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. Extracted datasets were cleaned, merged, coded, and quality-checked (range/logic checks, missingness flagging). Data were de-identified and stored in a controlled research database/encrypted files with role-based access control and regular backups. Export for statistical analysis was performed in Excel/CSV format under institutional data security policies.
