研究目的：

（1）使用MediaPipe工具完成构建重症护士疲劳检测系统。 （2）完成建立重症护士疲劳轨迹的混合增长模型。 （3）分析影响重症护士疲劳轨迹变化的因素，寻找干预靶点与策略。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Use MediaPipe tool to complete the construction of fatigue detection system for critical care nurses. (2) Completed the establishment of a mixed growth model for the fatigue trajectory of intensive care nurses. (3) Analyze the factors affecting the change of fatigue trajectory of severe nurses, and find the intervention targets and strategies.

纳入标准：

1.重症监护室工作时间＞6个月。 2.自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Have worked in the intensive care unit for more than 6 months. 2. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.研究前刚结束休假且休假大于1个月。 2.外院进修人员及实习生。 3.妊娠期、哺乳期、糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进、类风湿疾病、心脑血管疾病及其他眼病引起的眼部不适。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have just finished vacation and the vacation is more than one month. 2. Those who are studying in other hospitals or interns. 3. Those who have pregnancy, lactation, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, rheumatoid disease, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or eye discomfort caused by other eye diseases.
