研究目的：

本研究的主要目标是筛选出能帮助诊断儿童功能性腹痛病的影响因素，并通过多种机器学习算法分别建模及验证。获得最佳预测模型，并建立列线图模型以评估诊断儿童功能性腹痛病。本研究拟为儿童功能性腹痛病的早期诊断提供预测价值，帮助治疗决策。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study is to screen out the influencing factors that can help diagnose functional abdominal pain in children and model and verify them respectively through multiple machine learning algorithms. Obtain the best predictive model and establish a nomogram model to evaluate and diagnose functional abdominal pain in children. This study aims to provide predictive value for the early diagnosis of functional abdominal pain in children and assist in treatment decisions.

纳入标准：

1.2023年6月至2030年12月之间于重庆医科大学附属儿童医院疼痛门诊就诊患儿； 2.功能性腹痛病组患者纳入：诊断为功能性腹痛病的患儿； 3.非功能性腹痛病慢性腹痛对照组患者纳入：诊断为以下疾病者（胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、慢性胃炎、慢性肠炎、慢性胆囊炎、结核性腹膜炎、克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎、腹腔脏器的肿瘤）； 4.年龄4～18岁；

Inclusion criteria

1. Children who visited the pain Clinic of Children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University between June 2023 and December 2030; 2. Patients in the functional abdominal pain group were included: children diagnosed with functional abdominal pain; 3. Patients in the chronic abdominal pain control group of non-functional abdominal pain diseases were included: those diagnosed with the following diseases (gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, chronic gastritis, chronic enteritis, chronic cholecystitis, tuberculous peritonitis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, tumors of abdominal organs); 4. Age: 4 to 18 years old.

排除标准：

1.患儿存在精神疾病或认知障碍； 2.近6个月内接受过可能影响FAPD评估的治疗，如抗酸、抗痉挛等治疗； 3.回顾性数据缺失大于30%的患儿（本研究计划收集和分析的关键变量出现缺失、无法获取或记录不清的情况超过30%）； 4.急性腹痛或其他部位的急慢性疼痛性疾病（如：急性胃肠炎、外科急腹症或四肢外伤性疼痛等）； 5.合并有其他系统严重疾病的儿童，例如：心血管疾病、呼吸系统系统、血液系统恶性疾病、糖尿病等； 6.患儿家属拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The child has mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2. Within the past six months, the patient has received treatments that may affect the FAPD assessment, such as antacid and antispasmodic treatments; 3. Children with retrospective data missing more than 30% (more than 30% of the key variables to be collected and analyzed in this study were missing, inaccessible or poorly recorded); 4. Acute abdominal pain or acute or chronic pain diseases in other parts of the body (such as acute gastroenteritis, surgical acute abdomen or traumatic pain in the limbs, etc.); 5. Children with serious diseases in other systems, such as cardiovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, hematological malignancies, diabetes, etc. 6. The family of the child refused.

The t-test or Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to compare the continuous variables between groups. Meaningful variables were screened using the LASSO regression method, and logistic regression, random forest, decision tree and support vector machine models were respectively used for modeling and verification.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

收集患儿的一般人口学特征、临床检查结果、儿童功能性腹痛病调查问卷等数据，并在首次就诊后的3月、6月、1年进行门诊或电话随访。由课题组专员统一管理。

The general demographic characteristics of the children patients, clinical examination results, questionnaires on functional abdominal pain in children and other data were collected, and outpatient or telephone follow-ups were conducted at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after the first visit. It is uniformly managed by the specialist of the research group.
