研究目的：

本研究将针对经过本土化改良的 PEERS 青年社交干预体系进行随机对照临床试验，验证其改善这一群体社交技能和社会功能的有效性，填补中国青年高功能孤独症患者缺乏询证有效干预模式的空白。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will conduct a randomized controlled clinical trial of a culturally adapted PEERS social-skills training program for adolescents, testing its efficacy in improving social competence and social functioning in this population and filling the evidence-based intervention gap for Chinese young adults with high-functioning autism spectrum disorder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在 18~30 岁之间（含 18 岁和 30 岁）； 2.男女性别不限； 3.由主治医师及以上精神科医师临床诊断孤独症谱系障碍； 4.智商正常（中国韦氏智力量表（C-WISC）评价智商≥80），能够理解研究内容和课程内容； 5.能全程参加干预，每周除参加干预以外愿意花至少 2 小时时间按照干预项目的要求完成作业并练习社交； 6.有至少1名社交教练能全程参加干预，该社交教练一般为患者的父母、成年兄弟姐妹或伴侣，社交教练能够每周认真参加干预，学习干预内容并且能够辅导患者练习社交技巧，每周累计练习时间至少2小时； 7.能够充分知情并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18–30 years (inclusive); 2. Male or female; 3. Clinically diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder by a attending-level or higher psychiatrist; 4. Normal intelligence (IQ >= 80 on the Chinese Wechsler Intelligence Scale) sufficient to comprehend the study and course content; 5. Able to attend all intervention sessions and willing to spend at least 2 hours per week on assigned homework and social-skills practice; 6. Has at least one social coach (usually a parent, adult sibling, or partner) who can attend every session, learn the intervention content, and guide the participant’s practice for a minimum of 2 cumulative hours per week; 7. Capable of giving full informed consent and signing the consent form.

排除标准：

1.有较严重的心、肝、肾、青光眼、分泌等内科疾病；或有癫痫、精神发育迟滞、精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、抑郁症等神经精神疾病或其他疾病或用药导致难以全程参加干预或者干预期间无法分配额外精力练习社交技巧； 2.研究者认为有临床意义的辅助检查和实验室检查异常； 3.既往曾参加过 PEERS 社交训练团体； 4.近 6 个月有过自杀观念或行为； 5.研究者认为受试者不能充分理解此项研究或遵循研究的要求。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of severe internal medical conditions such as significant cardiac, hepatic, renal, glaucomatous, or endocrine disorders; or neuropsychiatric disorders including epilepsy, intellectual disability, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, or any other illness or medication that would preclude full attendance or prevent the additional practice of social skills during the intervention period; 2. Clinically significant abnormalities in ancillary or laboratory examinations as judged by the investigator; 3. Previous participation in any PEERS social-skills training program; 4. Suicidal ideation or behavior within the past six months; 5. Inability to adequately comprehend the study or comply with its requirements as determined by the investigator.
