研究目的：

探讨硫酸镁静脉输注用于全身麻醉下喉返神经监测甲状腺切除手术中的有效性和安全性。探讨在肌肉松弛药减量的情况下，使用硫酸镁能否到达改善气管插管条件的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of intravenous magnesium sulfate administration in thyroidectomy with intraoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve monitoring under general anesthesia. To determine whether magnesium sulfate use under reduced-dose neuromuscular blocking agents (NMBAs) can improve tracheal intubation conditions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.自愿签署知情同意书；
2.年龄需满足>=18岁且<=60岁；
3.性别不限；
4.ASA 1-2级；
5.行全身麻醉下喉返神经监测甲状腺切除手术。

Inclusion criteria

1.Voluntarily signed informed consent form;
2.Aged between 18 and 60 years;
3.No gender restriction;
4.ASA physical status classification I-II;
5.Patients undergoing thyroidectomy with intraoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve monitoring under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

1.术前收缩压<90mmHg或舒张压<45mmHg；
2.术前收缩压>180mmHg或舒张压>90mmHg；
3.肾功能障碍（肾小球滤过率<70，肌酐>97umol/L，BUN>8mmol/L）；
4.神经肌肉疾病史；
5.心脏缺血、心脏传导阻滞史；
6.怀孕及哺乳期妇女；
7.钙通道阻滞剂慢性治疗；
8.有镁化合物及全身麻醉药物过敏史；
9.电解质异常（低钾血症、低钙血症和高镁血症）；
10.随机血糖>11.1 mmol/L；
11.体重指数<18或>30kg/m2；
12.面罩通气或插管期间的预期困难（张口、头部和颈部运动受限、胸骨距离短以及插管困难史）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preoperative systolic blood pressure <90 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure <45 mmHg;
2.Preoperative systolic blood pressure >180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >90 mmHg;
3.Renal dysfunction (glomerular filtration rate [GFR] <70 mL/min/1.73m2, serum creatinine >97 μmol/L, blood urea nitrogen [BUN] >8 mmol/L);
4.History of neuromuscular disorders;
5.History of cardiac ischemia or conduction block;
6.Pregnancy or lactation;
7.Chronic calcium channel blocker therapy;
8.History of hypersensitivity to magnesium compounds or general anesthetic agents;
9.Electrolyte abnormalities (hypokalemia, hypocalcemia, hypermagnesemia);
10.Random blood glucose >11.1 mmol/L;
11.Body mass index (BMI) <18 or >30 kg/m2;
12.Anticipated difficult mask ventilation or intubation (limited mouth opening, restricted head/neck mobility, short thyromental distance, or history of difficult intubation).
