研究目的：

评价数字化导航模式在我国 HIV 服务体系中的可行性和初步有用性；验证数字化导航促进HIV感染者心理健康服务利用，改善心理健康结局的效能；探索在全国范围推广HIV感染者心理健康导航服务的障碍和促进因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the feasibility and preliminary utility of digital navigation models within China's HIV service system; validate the effectiveness of digital navigation in promoting mental health service utilization among people living with HIV and improving mental health outcomes; explore barriers and facilitating factors for nationwide scaling of mental health navigation services for people living with HIV.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18岁-50岁；
2.新确诊HIV感染1个月内；
3.拥有智能手机，独立使用微信的能力；
4.提供知情同意者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age:18–50 years;
2.Diagnosed with HIV infection within the past month;
3.Possession of a smartphone and ability to independently use WeChat;
4.Persons providing informed consent;
