研究目的：

本研究将回顾性研究透明质酸填充剂注射后出现的多发结节型异物反应病例，并探讨使用长脉宽1064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗注射后异物反应的有效性和安全性。为该类疾病的临床治疗提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This study retrospectively reviews cases of multiple nodular foreign body reactions following hyaluronic acid filler injections and explores the efficacy and safety of treating post-injection foreign body reactions with long-pulse 1064nm Nd:YAG laser therapy. It aims to provide new insights for the clinical management of this condition.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

具有接受HA或其复合物注射史，出现明显注射后异物反应，经临床确诊为HA注射后异物反应，并接受过长脉宽1064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗；年龄为 18-60岁的患者。

Inclusion criteria

History of receiving HA or its complex injections, presenting with pronounced post-injection foreign body reactions, clinically diagnosed as post-HA injection foreign body reactions, and having undergone long-pulse 1064nm Nd:YAG laser treatment; Patients aged 18-60 years.

排除标准：

有严重高血压（收缩压/舒张压≥180/120 mmHg）、糖尿病（空腹血糖 ≥126 mg/dL 或 HbA1c ≥6.5%）、肾衰竭（eGFR <15 mL/min/1.73m2 或血清肌酐 >2.0 mg/dL）、肿瘤病史，以及近一月内有系统或局部注射糖皮质激素的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe hypertension (systolic/diastolic blood pressure >=180/120 mmHg), diabetes (fasting blood glucose >=126 mg/dL or HbA1c >=6.5%), renal failure (eGFR <15 mL/min/1.73m2 or serum creatinine >2.0 mg/dL), history of malignancy, and patients who have received systemic or local glucocorticoid injections within the past month.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

电子采集：本项目采用医院HIS直连，部署于本地服务器，具有完整Audit Trail与角色权限管理，数据通过HTTPS加密传输，日志保留至研究结束后15年。 数据管理：数据管理人：周彦臣，13165364626；制定数据管理计划书，含30条逻辑校验规则，每周运行1次质控报告；数据库锁定需PI、统计师、数据管理员三方确认；源数据与电子数据2份备份，分别存放于医院GCP机房与档案室，保存年限大于10年。

Electronic Data Capture: This project utilizes a hospital-level HIS platform deployed on local servers, featuring comprehensive audit trails and role-based access control. Data is transmitted via HTTPS encryption, with logs retained for 15 years post-study completion. Data Management: Data Manager: Zhou Yanchen, tel: 13165364626; Develops a Data Management Plan (DMP) containing 30 logical validation rules, with quality control reports generated weekly. Database locking requires tripartite confirmation from the Principal Investigator (PI), Statistician, and Data Manager. Raw and electronic data are backed up in duplicate, stored respectively in the hospital's GCP server room and the archives, with a retention period exceeding 10 years.
