研究目的：

分析老年患者人工髋关节置换术后31天非计划再入院的危险因素，构建风险预测模型，为降低非计划再入院的发生及提早干预提供思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the risk factors for unplanned readmission within 31 days after total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients, construct a risk prediction model, and provide insights for reducing its incidence and enabling early intervention.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁；
2.在本院行人工髋关节置换术后；
3.电子病历资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 60 years; 2.Underwent total hip arthroplasty at our hospital; 3.Had complete electronic medical record data;

排除标准：

1.行人工髋关节置换术后因其他疾病再入院；
2.严重肝、肾、心脏功能异常、获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）、恶性肿瘤等其他严重疾病患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Readmission due to diseases unrelated to the hip arthroplasty procedure;
2.Patients with other severe systemic diseases, such as severe hepatic/renal/cardiac dysfunction, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), or malignant tumors.
