研究目的：

1.明确慢性肺部疾病相关PH的血流动力学特点，包括各种常见并发PH的肺部疾病，如COPD、ILD、支气管扩张等；探讨血流动力学和临床表现相关性，指导临床精准化管理第3大类PH。 2.探讨右心导管检测的血流动力学在评估慢性肺部疾病相关PH危险程度、治疗方案制定及预后转归中的价值，指导临床个体化治疗第3大类PH。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the hemodynamic characteristics of PH related with chronic pulmonary diseases, including various common pulmonary diseases complicated with PH, such as COPD, ILD, bronchiectasis, etc.; to explore the correlation between hemodynamics and clinical manifestations, and guide the clinical precise management of WHO Group 3 pH. 2. To explore the value of hemodynamics measured by right catheterization in assessing the risk of PH related with chronic lung disease, treatment plan and prognosis, and to guide the clinical individualized treatment of the WHO Group 3 PH.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-85岁；呼吸疾病相关性肺动脉高压；根据国际公认标准及规范诊断流程明确诊断慢性肺部疾病：慢性阻塞性肺部疾病、间质性肺疾病、支气管扩张、呼吸睡眠疾病、肺泡低通气疾病、胸廓畸形；稳定期患者：近1月内未出现急性加重；已签署本研究知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Age: 18-85 years old; WHO Group 3 PH;chronic lung diseases according to the internationally recognized standards and standard diagnostic processt: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung disease, bronchiectasis, respiratory sleep disease, alveolar hypoventilation disease, thoracic deformity; stable patients: no acute aggravation within 1 month; informed consent has been signed for this study.

排除标准：

年龄小于18岁或大于85岁；近1月内存在严重肺部感染；属于其他类型肺动脉高压：第一大类、第二大类、第四大类、其他类型肺动脉高压。

Exclusion criteria：

The patients were younger than 18 or older than 85 years old; with severe pulmonary infection within recent 1 month; WHO Group 1 PH; WHO Group 2 PH; WHO Group 4 PH; WHO Group 5 PH;
