研究目的:

微塑料广泛存在于心脏、肺脏、肝脏等各种人体组织中,但微塑料在胰腺组织的含量以及与胰腺各种病变之间的关系仍不清楚。本研究旨在通过热裂解-气相色谱-质谱法等技术识别和量化胰腺正常组织和病变组织中微塑料的性质、类型和丰度,对微塑料丰度、人口统计学特征和患者临床特征进行分析,探究微塑料性质与胰腺各种病变之间的潜在相关性,同时比较微塑料性质在胰腺良性病变与恶性肿瘤两种组织的区别,进一步探究微塑料暴露对胰腺病变的潜在影响,以便未来研究微塑料和胰腺健康之间的动态相互作用和潜在的因果关系,进行针对性的预防。  

Objectives of Study:

Microplastics are widely detected in various human tissues, including the heart, lungs, and liver. However, their presence in pancreatic tissue and their potential relationship with pancreatic diseases remain unclear. This study aims to identify and quantify the characteristics, types, and abundance of microplastics in both normal and diseased pancreatic tissues using techniques such as pyrolysis–gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS). We will analyze the abundance of microplastics in relation to demographic and clinical characteristics of patients, investigate potential correlations between microplastic properties and various pancreatic pathologies, and compare microplastic profiles between benign pancreatic lesions and malignant tumors. Furthermore, the study seeks to explore the potential impact of microplastic exposure on pancreatic disease development. The findings are expected to provide a foundation for future research on the dynamic interactions and potential causal relationships between microplastics and pancreatic health, contributing to targeted prevention strategies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1、自愿签署知情同意书; 2、年龄>=18 ; 3、具备胰腺外科手术指征的各类胰腺疾病患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Patients with various pancreatic diseases who are surgical candidates for pancreatic surgery.

排除标准:

1、曾行超声内镜下或经皮进行胰腺塑料支架植入引流术、曾行胰管支架植入术;
2、有人工植入物,如血管支架,人工移植物等;
3、有服用纳米材料携带的诊断或治疗药物;
4、曾行心脏手术、动脉栓塞术或血液透析;
5、经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria:

1. History of pancreatic plastic stent placement and drainage via endoscopic ultrasonography or percutaneous approach, or previous pancreatic duct stent implantation;
2. Presence of artificial implants, such as vascular stents, artificial grafts, etc.;
3. History of taking diagnostic or therapeutic drugs carried by nanomaterials;
4. History of cardiac surgery, arterial embolization, or hemodialysis;
5. Deemed ineligible for participation in this study as assessed by the investigator.
