研究目的：

本研究采用问卷调查方法，收集育龄期HIV感染者及其伴侣关于生育忧虑的主管感受和客观信息，运用横断面调查研究，将生育需求作为一个目标，了解该人群生育忧虑现状及影响因素，为其改善生育现状、生活质量及采取心理健康的干预措施提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study adopts a questionnaire survey method to collect subjective feelings and objective information about fertility worries from HIV-infected individuals of childbearing age and their partners. Using a cross-sectional survey approach, with fertility needs as the target, it aims to understand the current status of fertility worries in this population and their influencing factors, thereby providing a scientific basis for improving their fertility status, quality of life, and implementing mental health interventions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄范围为 18～49 岁； （2）符合《艾滋病诊疗指南(2021 年版)》诊断标准，明确诊断 HIV 患者； （3）能够独立配合调查，精神正常，具有正常的阅读、理解、思考及判断力。 （4）参与并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The age range was 18-49 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for the diagnosis and Treatment of AIDS (2021 edition)" and confirm the diagnosis of HIV patients; (3) Able to cooperate with the investigation independently, with normal mind, normal reading, understanding, thinking and judgment. (4) Participants who signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.已孕育子女者。
2.无生育需求者。
3.确诊不孕不育者。
4.患有精神疾病及心理疾病，及对自身疾病的实际情况没有认知者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who have given birth to children.
2.Individuals without childbearing needs.
3.Individuals diagnosed with infertility.
4.Individuals with mental and psychological disorders who lack insight into the actual condition of their own illness.

The data will be stored in the Case Management Room of the Infectious Diseases and Immunology Outpatient Department of Nanchang Ninth People's Hospital after the project is concluded. Due to privacy protection restrictions, the original data will not be shared. In academic papers published based on the research results, sufficient aggregated statistical data and methodological details will be provided as much as possible to ensure the reproducibility of the study.
