研究目的:

本研究通过构建 “脑卒中下肢闭链运动控制训练” 干预方案,结合平衡评估系统,可进一步阐明通过强化多肌群协同激活、优化中枢运动控制环路,是否可以改善脑卒中患者重心转移的稳定性与步态的对称性,促进脑卒中患者下肢运动功能的恢复。为脑卒中康复领域 “运动控制导向训练” 提供理论依据与实证支持。  

Objectives of Study:

This study, by constructing the "Lower Limb Closed-Chain Movement Control Training" intervention program for stroke patients and integrating a balance assessment system, aims to further clarify whether strengthening the coordinated activation of multiple muscle groups and optimizing the central motor control loop can improve the stability of center of gravity transfer and the symmetry of gait in stroke patients, thereby promoting the recovery of lower limb motor function in stroke patients. It provides theoretical basis and empirical support for "movement control-oriented training" in the field of stroke rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.符合第四届全国脑血管病会议通过的卒中诊断标准,并经头颅计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)或磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)证实; 2.卒中后有不同程度的下肢运动功能障碍; 3.年龄50-80岁 4.病程1~24个月; 5.精神正常,能够配合完成下肢运动功能相关的评估量表; 6.患者无需要他人帮助即可站立和行走; 7.可耐受40min治疗; 8.签署知情同意书;

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the stroke diagnostic criteria approved at the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference, and confirmed by head computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 2.Patients have varying degrees of lower limb motor dysfunction after stroke. 3.Age 50-80; 4.Disease course 1-24 months; 5.Normal mental status, able to cooperate in completing lower limb motor function assessment scales. 6.Patients can stand and walk independently without assistance from others. 7.Able to tolerate 40 minutes of treatment. 8.Signed the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.有明显视力及听力障碍;
2.有其他神经肌肉系统疾病;
3.严重腰椎间盘突出症;
4.主要器官功能障碍或衰竭;
5.其他严重疾病或运动禁忌症者;
6.体内有金属植入者;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Has significant visual or hearing impairment.
2.Has other neuromuscular system disorders.
3.Severe lumbar disc herniation.
4.Major organ dysfunction or failure.
5.Other severe diseases or contraindications to exercise.
6.Presence of metal implants in the body.

本试验的随机序列由独立统计师使用SPSS软件生成,采用区组随机化方法,区组长度为4,设置种子数为20260104,确保随机序列的不可预测性和可重复性。共生成14个区组,每个区组内2人试验组+2人对照组,确保最终每组28人。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

The randomization sequence for this trial was generated by an independent statistician using SPSS software. A block randomization method was employed with a block length of 4, and a seed number of 20260104 was set to ensure the unpredictability and reproducibility of the random sequence. A total of 14 blocks were generated, with each block containing 2 participants in the experimental group and 2 participants in the control group, ensuring a final allocation of 28 participants per group
