明确SO老年人体重管理偏好及影响因素，提高SO老年人体重管理有效性和依从性。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify weight management preferences and influencing factors in older adults with Sarcopenic Obesity, thereby improving the effectiveness of and compliance with weight management interventions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁； 2.被诊断为肌少性肥胖，诊断标准为同时符合A、B两项：A. 亚洲肌少症工作组（Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia，AWGS）2019 年修订的肌少症诊断标准：使用双能X线吸收法测定（Dual-emission X-ray Absorptiometry，DXA）测量骨骼肌量指数（skeletal muscle mass index，SMI），男性<7.0kg/m2、女性<5.4kg/m2，使用生物电阻抗分析（Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis，BIA）测量 SMI，男性<7.0 kg/m2、女性<5.7 kg/m2；握力男性< 26 kg，女性<18 kg；以及日常步速<0.8 m/s。B. 世界卫生组织的肥胖定义：体质指数（body mass index，BMI）≥30；腰围男性>102 cm，女性>88 cm；体脂百分比（percentage of body fat，PBF）男性>25%，女性>35%； 3.意识清楚，具备基本沟通能力； 4.自愿参与并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.The patient>=60 years old; 2.Diagnosed with sarcopenic obesity, meeting both of the following criteria A and B: A. Diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia as defined by the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS) 2019 revision( Skeletal muscle mass index (SMI) measured by dual-emission X-ray absorptiometry (DXA): Men: <7.0 kg/m2 Women: <5.4 kg/m2 SMI measured by bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA): Men: <7.0 kg/m2 Women: <5.7 kg/m2 Grip strength: Men: <26 kg Women: <18 kg Usual gait speed: <0.8 m/s );B. World Health Organization (WHO) criteria for obesity( Body mass index (BMI): >=30 Waist circumference: Men: >102 cm Women: >88 cm Percentage of body fat (PBF): Men: >25% Women: >35%); 3.The patient is oriented and possesses functional communication abilities; 4.The patient provided written informed consent to participate;

排除标准：

1.存在严重认知障碍或精神疾病；
2.病情危重无法配合完成问卷；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient has severe cognitive impairment or a mental disorder;
2.The patient is critically ill and unable to cooperate to complete the questionnaire.
