研究目的：

1.探讨ICU创伤性脑损伤（TBI）患者的血糖变异性（GV）对急性肾损伤（AKI）发生的关联性。2.探讨血糖变异性（GV）与TBI患者28天、90天死亡率的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the correlation between glycaemic variability and the incidence of acute kidney injury (AKI) in patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU). It further assesses the predictive value of glycaemic variability for AKI and provides a theoretical basis for optimised glycaemic management.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.ICU住院时间≥24小时；
3.在ICU期间有至少3次血糖测量记录。

Inclusion criteria

1.adults (>= 18 years) with TBI (ICD-9, ICD-10) 2. ICU admission >= 24 hours 3. >= 3 blood glucose measurements prior to AKI onset.

排除标准：

1.年龄< 18岁； 2.血糖测量少于3次的患者； 3.ICU住院时间< 24小时； 4.ICU入院信息缺失或不完整

Exclusion criteria：

1.age < 18 years; 2.fewer than three blood glucose measurements; 3.ICU stay < 24 hours; 4.missing or incomplete ICU admission information.
