研究目的：

（1）利用我院常规产前产前电子病历数据，收集孕早期及孕中期的临床特征、实验室检查结果和既往病史信息，构建孕妇GDM发生的早期预测模型。 （2）采用机器学习方法，将数据集划分为训练队列和验证队列，评估模型的区分度、校准度和临床应用价值，并与传统Logistic回归模型进行比较。 （3）探索影响GDM发生的主要危险因素，为制定孕早期高危评估与精细化管理策略提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Using routine prenatal electronic medical record data from our hospital, collect clinical characteristics, laboratory test results, and previous medical history information during early and mid-pregnancy to construct an early prediction model for the occurrence of GDM in pregnant women. (2) Apply machine learning methods to divide the dataset into training and validation cohorts, assess the model's discrimination, calibration, and clinical utility, and compare it with the traditional Logistic regression model. (3) Explore the main risk factors influencing the occurrence of GDM to provide a basis for developing early pregnancy high-risk assessment and refined management strategies.

纳入标准：

1.在我院完成孕期系统产前产检及分娩的孕妇；
2.单胎妊娠；
3.孕24–28周完成OGTT检查且结果完整，可明确是否为GDM；
4.孕早期或首次产检时常规临床资料和实验室指标信息相对完整；

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnant women who complete prenatal care and delivery in our hospital through the maternity system;
2. Single pregnancy;
3. Complete the OGTT test between 24–28 weeks of pregnancy and have complete results to determine whether it is GDM;
4. Clinical data and laboratory indicators are relatively complete during early pregnancy or the first prenatal check-up;

排除标准：

1.既往确诊1型或2型糖尿病者；
2.多胎妊娠；
3.妊娠早期即终止妊娠、流产或缺乏妊娠结局资料者；
4.关键临床资料及实验室数据缺失严重，无法纳入分析者；
5.合并严重系统性疾病（如恶性肿瘤、严重肝肾功能不全等），可能显著影响妊娠结局者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals previously diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes;
2. Multiple Pregnancy;
3. Those who terminate pregnancy, have a miscarriage in early pregnancy, or lack information on pregnancy outcomes;
4. Critical clinical data and laboratory results are severely missing, making it impossible to include them in the analysis.
5. Patients with severe systemic diseases (such as malignant tumors, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, etc.) that may significantly affect pregnancy outcomes;
