本研究旨在通过分析回顾性数据，达成以下三个核心目的： 1.明确睡眠与恐惧的关联：量化儿童术前睡眠质量与牙科恐惧水平之间的独立相关性。 2.探索关键影响因素：系统分析睡眠、家庭及个体因素对儿童牙科恐惧的共同作用。 3.识别干预关键靶点：确定与睡眠障碍关联最紧密的具体恐惧来源，为未来精准干预提供方向。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to achieve three core objectives through the analysis of retrospective data: 1. To quantify the independent association between sleep and fear: To quantify the independent correlation between children's preoperative sleep quality and the level of dental fear/anxiety. 2. To explore key influencing factors: To systematically analyze the combined effects of sleep, family, and individual factors on dental fear in children. 3. To identify key targets for intervention: To identify the specific sources of fear most closely associated with sleep disturbances, thereby providing direction for future precise interventions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 2-12周岁。 2.治疗类型：患儿已接受 “全身麻醉下舒适化口腔治疗” 。此处的“全身麻醉”定义为由麻醉医生实施的、包含术中镇静镇痛及生命体征监测的麻醉方案，具体麻醉方式包括但不限于：气管插管全身麻醉、喉罩全身麻醉、不插管全身麻醉（如静脉全身麻醉/深度镇静）。 3.问卷完整性：《儿童舒适化口腔治疗牙科焦虑及恐惧程度评估》 核心模块完成度 ≥ 80%。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: Children aged 2 to 12 years. 2. Treatment Type: Patients who had undergone "comfort-oriented dental treatment under general anesthesia". General anesthesia was defined as an anesthetic protocol administered by an anesthesiologist, comprising intraoperative sedation, analgesia, and vital sign monitoring. Specific modalities included, but were not limited to: endotracheal intubation general anesthesia, laryngeal mask airway general anesthesia, and non-intubated general anesthesia (e.g., intravenous general anesthesia/deep sedation). 3. Questionnaire Completeness: A completion rate of ≥80% for the core modules of the Assessment of Dental Anxiety and Fear in Children Undergoing Comfort-Oriented Dental Treatment questionnaire was required.

排除标准：

1.关键数据缺失：牙科恐惧总分或睡眠核心指标（入睡潜伏期、夜间实际睡眠时长、主观睡眠质量）完全无法计算。 2.问卷质量不合格：如前所述，作答时间过短（如少于3分钟），或答案呈现明显规律性、随意性，经两名研究人员独立判断为无效问卷。 3.数据存在严重矛盾或不可靠。 4.重复提交：发现来自同一患儿家庭的完全重复或高度重复的问卷，则仅保留提交时间最早的一份，其余退出。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Critical Data Missing: Inability to calculate either the total dental fear score or core sleep metrics (including sleep onset latency, actual night sleep duration, and subjective sleep quality). 2. Poor Questionnaire Quality: Questionnaires deemed invalid due to excessively short completion time (e.g., < 3 minutes) or response patterns exhibiting clear regularity or randomness, as independently judged by two researchers. 3. Severe Data Contradiction or Unreliability: Presence of irreconcilable internal contradictions within the responses that critically undermine data reliability. 4. Duplicate Submissions: In cases of completely or highly duplicate submissions from the same family, only the earliest submission was retained for analysis.
