1. 阐明病毒在环境-动物-人群中的动态变迁与跨物种传播机制; 2. 开发多场景、高灵敏的早期快速诊断技术; 3. 揭示感染重症化机制并建立预警模型; 4. 构建传播动力学模型并优化防控策略。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To elucidate the mechanisms of viral dynamics and cross-species transmission across the environment-animal-human continuum. 2. To develop multi-scenario, highly sensitive early rapid diagnostic technologies. 3. To reveal the mechanisms underlying severe disease progression and establish an early warning model. 4. To construct transmission dynamics models and optimize prevention and control strategies.

纳入标准:

1. 环境与动物样本来自环鄱阳湖区域 2.人群样本包括流感样病例与确诊患者,年龄≥18 岁 3.诊断验证样本为已知阳性或临床疑似样本

Inclusion criteria

1. Environmental and animal samples were collected from the area around Poyang Lake. 2. Human samples include influenza-like cases and confirmed patients, aged 18 years or older. 3. Diagnostic validation samples are known positive or clinically suspected samples.

排除标准:

1.污染/腐败样本 2. 资料不全、合并终末期疾病或拒绝参与者 3. 核酸降解样本

Exclusion criteria:

1. Contaminated/corrupted samples. 2. Incomplete data, combined end-stage diseases, or participants who refuse to participate. 3. Nucleic acid degraded samples.
