To develop multi-scenario, highly sensitive early rapid diagnostic technologies. 3. To reveal the mechanisms underlying severe disease progression and establish an early warning model. 4. To construct transmission dynamics models and optimize prevention and control strategies. |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Environmental and animal samples were collected from the area around Poyang Lake. 2. Human samples include influenza-like cases and confirmed patients, aged 18 years or older. 3. Diagnostic validation samples are known positive or clinically suspected samples. |
